GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours, but please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed and fulfilled. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation that includes your tracking number. Please visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number to receive updates on your shipment.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.

Customers are responsible for payment of duties, fees and import taxes on all international orders upon delivery.

All international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

REESE COOPER® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier.

REESE COOPER® can not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO address.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard 7-14 business days $40
Free Standard 7-14 business days Orders of $500 or more

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO SENDER

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (REESE COOPER®) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

 

DAMAGED / OPENED BOX

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.
