GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (PST). Orders ship pending inventory availability and credit card verification. We do our best to ship orders same day. However, processing time can vary depending on the item. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation that includes your tracking number. Please visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number to receive updates on your shipment.

We offer local delivery as an option for our Los Angeles, California based customers. Simply select Local Delivery at checkout to see if your zip code is in our service area. Hometown deliveries are made business days after 5pm.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties paid. Customs, duties, and taxes are included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO SENDER
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (REESE COOPER®) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
DAMAGED / OPENED BOX
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.
