RETURNS

 

ALL ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.  Final sale items are marked in the product description.

All international sales are final.

We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You have 10 days from the delivery date of your order to submit a return request to Shop@reese-cooper.com.

Return requests must be approved by our customer service team. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to follow. Shipping for returns is charged at a domestic rate of $10.  

All returns must be sent back to RCI within 7 days of RCI authorising a return in order to be eligible for refund or credit. If the item is sent later than 7 days, it will not be accepted for a refund. Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the quality control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method or a store credit will be issued. The refund or credit includes the price paid for the Product(s) but not the shipping charges. Please send us tracking information once your package has been shipped.

EXCHANGES

We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for store credit, or exchange. You have 10 days from the delivery date of your order to submit an exchange request to Shop@reese-cooper.com.

Exchange requests must be approved by our customer service team. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to follow.

Items purchased on sale are only eligible for exchange, not returns.  All exchanges must be authorised by our customer service team & you will be given detailed instructions by our team.  Exchanges are subject to a shipping & restocking fee.

All exchanges must be sent back to RCI within 7 days of RCI authorising an exchange in order to be eligible for the exchange.  Your exchange will be processed and your new item will be shipped once the original order has been received by our warehouse and approved by our quality control team. Please send us tracking information once your package has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To start an international return please use our international returns portal. You will be provided a pre-paid label for your return. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

International returns are shipped with DHL.

We cannot accept exchanges on International Orders. Please contact shop@reese-cooper.com for assistance.
