RETURNS

ALL DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Final sale items are marked in the product description.

We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to submit a return request.

Items placed during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return requests must be approved by our customer service team. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to follow.

Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the quality and control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund includes the full price for the Product(s) but not the delivery charges.

 

EXCHANGES

To start your exchange please reach out to us at shop@reese-cooper.com 

Your exchange will be processed and your new item will be shipped once the original order has been received by our warehouse and approved by our quality and control team. Please send us tracking information once your package has been shipped.

 

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on reese-cooper.com until the remaining balance is zero. Your credit will be available to use once your return is delivered and processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To start an international return or exchange please use our international returns portal.

You will be provided a pre-paid label for your return. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

International returns and exchanges are shipped with DHL.
